The Vitality Depot will always do our best to help you. To provide some guidance, we’ve created some friendly policies, including guarantee, payment terms, credit, shipping, taxes, returns, pricing and privacy.

 

Product Guarantee

 If you are not enthralled with or completely satisfied by your purchase, relax. The Vitality Depot will work to make you happy again. Returns must be made in original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full merchandise exchange, or refund for store credit or issue return to your original credit card used for the purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. Merchandise must be returned in unused, like-new, and resalable condition. Do not place the product on your driveway and run over it with your car a few times. Even if it was by accident.  Please allow two to three weeks for the processing of your return/exchange.  We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee.  A 20% restocking charge will be applied to all standard returns.

 

Instructions for Return

You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  or phone at 866-941-8867. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number for each return/exchange. A valid RA number must be included with your return and labeled clearly on your return package in order to assure proper credit. We are not responsible for merchandise returned without a valid RA number. 

 

Is the product that you received defective?

We will happily exchange a defective product or one that is damaged in shipment. Please notify us at 866-941-8867 within 48 hours of delivery.  In such a case we ask that you assume responsibility for the return of the product to us. The Vitality Depot will immediately replace the defective item and have it delivered to you without cost. We are not responsible for any item that is lost in return shipment. We strongly encourage you to place insurance on any items you send back to us. 

 

Did you receive a product other than what is listed on your invoice?

Please accept our apologies! We will work to immediately make it right. Please call us at 866-941-8867 to notify us of the issue. We will have the correct product in route to you within twenty-four hours. Upon your receipt of the correct product, please return the original product back to us. When we receive the original product sent back to our office, we will credit your house account for any postage costs incurred by your office.  

 

Shipping Refunds

Except in cases where the return is the result of a shipping error or the item arrives damaged or defective, shipping charges are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel part or your entire order after your credit card has been charged and the order has been processed but not shipped, you may be charged a 5% restocking fee to cover the credit card fees associated with your order. If you cancel your order before your credit card has been charged, there is no fee involved.

 

Shipping Methods and Charges

Order processing generally takes one business day from time of order placement for items in stock. Custom, personalized, and special order items may take longer. Note that certain products we carry are made to order by the designer and may take 7-21 days.

 

Shipping & Handling Charges for Standard FedEx Delivery (within the continental US)

Shipping and handling charges are calculated for most products based on the sales amount of the order.  Exceptions include hot/cold packs, headrest paper, tables, and other large capital equipment.

Order Tracking

Once we process and ship out your order, we will send an order confirmation email to you that provide the status of your shipment and estimated date and time of delivery. Items may arrive earlier than indicated. If the shipment has not arrived after the indicated delivery date, please contact us right away at 866-941-8867 so that we can make things right!

 

Lost or Damaged Parcels

We do our best to ensure accurate and timely delivery. Most parcels reach their destination promptly and without incident. However, sometimes a parcel is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. One time, an actual fairy Godmother made the package magically disappear right outside the door, but there were no eyewitnesses. All parcels shipped are insured. Please call us so that we can initiate a claim with FedEx and ensure that you receive replacement product.

  

Undeliverable Parcels

If the common carrier is unable to deliver the shipment for any reason, whether unclaimed, refused, invalid or unknown address, or any other reason, we will, upon return of the shipment to us, charge a 20% restocking fee for the entire purchase price, less shipping and handling fees, which are non-refundable. If you wish for us to resend your shipment, you will be charged additional shipping charges.

 

Sales Tax and Other Fees

The Vitality Depot shall automatically invoice applicable sales tax of 5% for orders to be delivered in Virginia. International customers are responsible for all applicable export taxes, custom fees, and other fees related to their order. The rest of you are just lucky.

 

Product Pricing

In cases where the product is subject to a special sale or quantity discount, we will do our best to assure you receive the lower price. When there is a discrepancy between the catalog price and website price, our website price should be considered the correct price. If you have any questions regarding our pricing, please call our customer service personnel at 866-941-8867. We reserve the right to change our prices without notice.

 

Selling to Patients


The Vitality Depot understands that many of its products are re-sold by our customers to their patients. If you have any questions regarding suggested retail pricing, please contact us at 866-941-8867. As part of our commitment to you, we do not market our products to patients directly and we avoid selling directly whenever possible.

 

Privacy Policy


The Vitality Depot is committed to protecting your privacy and we will only use your information for the following purposes:

  • To establish your account with us, collect payment and process your orders.

  • To mail catalogs, flyers and special offers on occasion and to keep you informed of any changes to our product lines or company.

We do not share your information with individuals or companies outside of our organization and we do not sell our mailing lists. As we cannot guarantee your privacy on Internet related communications, we suggest that you do not include important information such as credit card numbers in correspondence through this site or by e-mail.

If you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please contact us, we will be happy to cooperate. However, we periodically purchase mass mailing addresses from independent dealers and your address may be reinserted into our mailing list through this format. We apologize if this has occurred and would be happy to give you the name of our dealer so that you can stop this from occurring at the source.
